We at Greenwood are committed to delivering high-quality fertilizers, soil enhancers, gardening essentials, and accessories. Please read the policy below to understand how returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds work for your orders.
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products (mentioned below).
If you return the products within this period, you will be reimbursed only for the product amount.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Opened or used compost bags, soil, fertilizers, or plant nutrients
Customized or special-order items
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage
Freebies or bundled items
Any product returned without order details or invoice
Please inspect your package upon delivery. Do not accept the parcel if it appears tampered or damaged.
You may request a return only in these cases:
Product received is damaged
Product is defective
Wrong item delivered
Such issues must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery along with photos/videos as proof.
3.1 Returned products must meet all the following conditions:
Unused and in original packaging
With labels, barcodes, invoice, and all accessories
Securely packed to avoid transit damage
3.2 Products that do not meet the above conditions will not be reimbursed.
4.1 You can initiate a return request by:

Submitting a request via our website contact form
4.2 Once your request is approved:
Greenwood will arrange a pickup for defective/wrong items.
4.3 Pickup will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, the return request may be closed.
Before accepting any return, the pickup partner will verify:
a. Product code
b. Packaging condition
c. Category and brand
d. Product images
Refund will be initiated only after the returned item passes the quality inspection at our facility.
For defective/wrong/damaged products: Greenwood bears the shipping cost.
7.1 If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 7 days along with images/videos.
7.2 After verification, we will:
Arrange pickup
Inspect the item
Process a full refund, including shipping charges
7.3 We will notify you via email/SMS once the refund is approved.
We reserve the right to refuse a return request if:
It is outside the return window
The item is used, damaged, or not in original condition
Essential packaging or invoice is missing
Our decision will be final and binding.
Greenwood reserves the right to take legal action in cases of baseless, fraudulent, or abusive return claims.
We may cancel an order for reasons including:
Technical errors
Payment issues or fraud alerts
Invalid or incomplete address
Bulk/commercial orders
Product out of stock
Unsuccessful delivery attempts
You will be notified via email/SMS if your order is cancelled.
You may cancel an order:
Before the order is dispatched
No cancellation is allowed after dispatch.
If accepted, you will receive a cancellation confirmation via email/SMS.
